Fitness Administrator


• Responsible for personal training department administrative related issues
• To handle HR/administrative and ad hoc duties as and when required.
• To prepare and handle sales contract and record sales when required
• To handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally
• Handle filling for Admin and Fitness department work related


• Good command of English
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good telephone etiquette
• Computer literate
• Willing to learn and think positive
• Able to work independently
• Basic Salary S$1500, 5.5 days week


Fitness Instructors / Personal Trainers


• Providing safe exercise recommendations to members based on industry guidelines.
• Explaining the exercise program that you have prepared to the member.
• Demonstrating and teaching the exercises to the member and providing feedback on technique.
• Being punctual and prepared for all appointments with members.
• Being a responder in the event of an emergency
• Being comfortable using and demonstrating all the equipment


• Outgoing personality, good motivator and sensitive to people’s needs
• Possess good communication skills
• Reasonable level of physical fitness and health
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Good basic salary, OT allowance, retention incentive PLUS attractive commission


Sales Consultant


• Ensure knowledge of all programs and services within the centre, with a major focus on the health & fitness facilities ie:  membership prices, services, promotions, and operating hours.
• To develop and implement a sales system and strategy.
• Ensure integrity and honesty in all dealings with members with a focus on creating long term members.
• Work towards approved daily targets as agreed with the Centre Manager.
• Manage all sales enquiries and sales leads through setting appointments, providing relevant information to members and conducting tours as required.
• Being punctual and prepared for all appointments with members.


• Self motivated and energetic
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• No experience is required as training will be provided
• Opportunity to travel and overseas posting
• 'A' Level / ITE / Diploma holders
• Good basic of S$2,510 PLUS attractive commission and incentives


Customer Service Officer


•  Assist in answering of phone calls and attend to walk-in customers
• Assist in all administrative and front-line duties.
• Pleasant personality, Presentable,Customer Service-Oriented and Friendly
• Able to work shift hours, 5.5 days week



• Excellence Communication skills at all levels
• Proven customer service skills and computer literate
• Responsible and reliable with integrity
• Willingness to learn new skills and open to development
