Membership Sales Consultants

  • Undergo training to be part of an intense and fast paced sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the membership packages and industry practices.
  • Promote membership benefits program via cold calling.
  • Represent the brand in presenting facilities to potential clients via tours.
  • Responding to sales enquiries/leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gain and update knowledge about the brand and industry to better service clients.
  • Achieve and surpass daily/monthly KPIs given.
  • Brainstorm creative/different means to achieve sales KPIs.
  • Assisting in administrative and front-line duties as required.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

Customer Service Officer

  • Communicating with individuals from various walks of life.
  • Assisting in answering of phone calls and attending to walk-in customers.
  • Assisting in administrative and front-line duties as required.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the facilities by inspection.
  • Liaising with equipment/laundry/cleanliness maintenance vendors for repairs etc.
  • Able to commit to shift hours on a 5.5 days work week.
  • Able to commit to opening / closing shifts as scheduled – taxi fares claimable.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Possess an out-going personality, customer service orientated.
  • Possess a good sense of customer service, responsibility and integrity.
  • Basic computer literacy/knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Experience in retail/service/hospitality positions preferred.
  • Minimum academic qualifications of GCE 'N' Levels.


Fitness Instructors / Personal Trainers

  • Passionate about people and their health
  • Able to step out of your comfort zone
  • Providing safe exercise recommendations to members based on industry guidelines
  • Demonstrating the use of gym equipment and teaching the exercises to the member and providing feedback on techniques
  • Design and administering appropriate programs that are tailored to the client's needs and goals
  • Good coordination and management of time wisely and effectively. Able to utilize and implement new technology, equipment and techniques

  • Possess good communication skills to helping our members achieve their fitness goal
  • Outgoing personality, good motivator and sensitive to people’s needs
  • Outstanding customer service values, high self-motivation and drive
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness and health

  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! We will provide you with all the support you need as you begin your career in Personal Training
  • Candidates with recognized Personal Training qualification (ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC etc. or candidates with Higher Nitec in Business Studies (Sport Management) diploma and degree in sport science/ management would have an added advantage                                                   
  • Good basic salary, OT allowance, retention incentive PLUS attractive commission.


Part -Time Telemarketer

5hours per day, from $7 per hour + incentives


Fitness Administrator

  • Responsible for personal training department administrative related issues
  • To handle HR/administrative and ad hoc duties as and when required
  • To prepare and handle sales contract and record sales when required
  • To handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handle filling for Admin and Fitness department work related

  • Good command of English
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to learn and think positive
  • Able to work independently
  • Basic Salary S$1500, 5.5 days week
