Shiseido Circle members – Yoga Workshop

Shiseido has organized a Gentle Yoga Workshop exclusively for their members (Shiseido Circle) at the Pacific Plaza centre on 24 April 2006. With True Yoga’s instructor, Adinath has easily engaged Shiseido Circle members with a series of postures.  At the end of this workshop, members walked away with greater understanding of the benefits of yoga.
