The Training
The first and only Yin Yoga teacher training that offers a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) module in its syllabus! This is a comprehensive training designed in accordance with the requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance USA. The Yin Yoga and Anatomy of Yoga modules are based entirely on the curriculum of Paul Grilley.

Eligibility
This training is open to the public and to all levels of practitioners, especially those wanting to teach Yin Yoga, acquire a better understanding of TCM, delve deeper into the study of Yoga Anatomy, or simply wanting to deepen their yin practice. No pre-requisite is required. A keen and sincere interest to learn is key.

The Certification
Students who complete 100% attendance and all homework assignments will be awarded the 100 hours Yin Yoga, TCM and Anatomy Teacher Training certificate awarded by True Yoga.
