While the rest of Singapore went about their weekend as usual, more than 2,000 yoga enthusiasts came together for Yoga by the Sea 2010. Held at East Coast Park on Angsana Green, the two day event comprised of 2 mass workouts and 12 workshops held by various yoga studios.
True Yoga’s Master Mohankumar led the participants via 2 separate workshops over the 2-day event.

True Yoga Pacific Plaza was abuzz with colour and rhythm at this year's Founder & VIP Black Card Members' Appreciation Night. Suitably themed Bollywood Night, it was a fantastic evening of music and dance, with exciting dance and yoga performances by True Yoga members and instructors.
Members were also treated to some retail therapy on their favourite designer labels - all for a good cause. More than $2,500 was raised in aid of the Lions Befrienders!
This course is intended to deepen one’s understanding of the experiential, philosophical and practical application of a balanced yoga practice. It is intended for those who are either already teaching, wanting to teach, or simply interested in deepening their practice.

Each workshop will include a section on Pranayama and Philosophy – not as separate subjects, but as material that is integral to making your practice grow.
