The first and only Yin Yoga teacher training offering a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) module in its syllabus! A comprehensive training designed in accordance with the requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance USA. The Yin Yoga and Anatomy of Yoga modules are based entirely on the curriculum of the founder of Yin Yoga, Paul Grilley.

Eligibility

This training is open to the public and to all levels of practitioners, especially those wanting to teach Yin Yoga, acquire a better understanding of TCM, delve deeper into the study of Yoga Anatomy, or simply wanting to deepen their yin practice. No pre-requisite is required. A keen and sincere interest to learn is key.

Certification

Students who complete 100% attendance and all homework assignments will be awarded the 100 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training certificate awarded by True Yoga.

Early Bird Price (before 31 March): S$2,195
Normal Price (1 April onwards): S$2,395

*Interest-free credit card installment plans available.
*Graduates of True Yoga’s 200hrs Teacher Training Program are entitled to a 10% discount (proof of certificate required).
*Graduates of Paul Grilley or Sarah Powers Teacher Training Program are entitled to a 20% discount (proof of certificate required).

1 April onwards: No refund
