YOGA FOR KIDS

1. How will Kids Yoga benefit my child?

Kid Yoga is a calming class for children aged 6 to 12. It includes easy yoga postures like the Child Pose, Cobra Pose, Tree Pose as well as simple breathing exercises. These postures are chosen to help improve the young participants’ general flexibility and sense of balance – especially apt after the exams to help the children reboot their active lifestyle again during the holidays. Kids Yoga can also improve the participants’ lung capacity and mental concentration.
