Asana & Pranayama

Ashtanga Led
The system of Yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a set sequence of postures, which produces intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. There are 3 durations of classes available – 60 minutes, 75 minutes and 90 minutes.
For the 60 minutes class, it features postures from the first half of the primary series as well as the finishing set of postures. It is a dynamic and vigorous practice that focuses on maintaining the awareness of flow which links breath and movement.
For the 75 minutes class, the first half of the Primary Series is taught up to Navasana, followed by the finishing set of postures.
For the 90 minutes class, the whole Primary Series is taught in its traditional sequence. It includes sun a salutation, standing, seated and inverted poses. Endurance and a graceful flow are developed as asanas are weaved through vinyasas. Previous Ashtanga yoga experience strongly recommended in order to benefit from this class.


Ashtanga Yoga
A unique system of yoga that emphasizes proper diet, effective asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudras & bandhas (gestures & locks), dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation) to detox, destress and increase your vitality. Prior experience in Hatha Yoga (Beginners) is encouraged to fully benefit from this class.

BARRE Fitness Yoga
BARRE Fitness Yoga is a harmonised combination of ballet-inspired exercises, pilates workout and yoga moves. Widely raved not only for its novelty but its effectiveness, BARRE is known to provide a total body workout by strengthening your core, toning your muscles, improving your body alignment and posture.
BARRE is suitable for all levels, and offers a glimpse into the level of endurance that ballet training encompasses. It is particularly effective for those who wish to achieve body sculpting and muscle definition without adding bulk.
A typical BARRE class begins with warm-ups to build postural strength and a series of upper body exercises, before progressing to BARRE work which focuses on the core and lower body. It concludes with mat work and cool-off stretching exercises.
Regular BARRE workouts can reduce the risk of muscle injury and increase your bone density in the long term.

Classics 25
Classics 25 is a series of classes (Classics 1, 2 & 3), conceptualised with the objective to bring about a healthier body, positive state of mind and overall well-being. The introductory classes with a focus on 25 postures and variations, is a safe, simple and systematic approach that is suitable for everyone, especially for those who are taking their first step in Yoga. Postures are kept simple, in relation to functional movements in daily life (stand, sit, supine, prone, spinal twist) – no jumping, no flying, no gymnastics!

In a blend of cultures, our Desi Pop class provides a whole body workout while combining the sensuous and graceful movements of Indian dance with the adrenaline of modern hip hop. Suitable for beginners.

Fletcher Pilates
Fletcher Pilates is an evolved form of pilates interpreted by Pilates Master Ron Fletcher. Combining the principles and precision techniques of classic Pilates with his extensive modern dance background, the class consists of an organic, flowing and artful series of movements – deeply engaging the body, mind and breath.

Fusion Dance

Gentle Yoga
It is far less strenuous than other forms of hatha yoga. It is beneficial to you who are already quite fit but lack the overall flexibility to be able to do more intense yoga poses. Gentle yoga accomplishes its goals of providing a workout without putting any unnecessary strain on you.


Hatha (B) & Back Bend
This class comprises Traditional Hatha poses for beginners, followed by basic back bending poses using blocks and wall practice to open up the chest and shoulders. Backbends stimulate the central nervous system, boost immune system, realign and increase mobility in the spinal column.


Hatha (B) & Core
This class focuses on balancing poses combined with core training to target the abdomen and build core strength. It also helps to improves digestive system and eases constipation.

Hatha Yoga
It combines physical exercise and mental discipline, with the goal of integrating and invigorating both body and mind. Hot & Hip Therapy
This class comprises Traditional Hatha poses for beginners done in a heated studio at 39degree Celsius to get those calories burning, followed by hip therapy poses to improve mobility and flexibility around hip joints. Recommended for those who have hip stiffness and/or hip injuries.


Hot & Shoulder Therapy
This class comprises Traditional Hatha poses for beginners done in a heated studio at 37degree Celsius to get those calories burning, followed by shoulder stretches to improve mobility and flexibility around shoulder joints. Recommended for those who have shoulder stiffness and/or shoulder injuries.

Hot Pilates is a low impact, high intensity workout performed on a yoga mat in a heated studio. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat, focusing on your core, glutes and upper body.

This class integrates several components of yoga to restore peace and stability in your body and mind - from relaxation movements to yoga postures, and breathing techniques to Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep, or the state of consciousness between being awake and asleep). Besides decreasing stress and tension, Stress Management Yoga also helps to increase flexibility, balance and strength.


Sun Salutation Series
It generates heat to cleanse your mind and body. It gets your heart pumping, increases your blood circulation and takes your body through a full range of motion. The standing poses grounds you and helps you build body awareness. The other poses elongate your spine, stretch your hamstring, cleanse your digestive system and calm your nervous system.
