1) Credit Control Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Process daily payment received - record, apply and reconcile amount with receipts
  • Calling members and collection of overdue accounts from members
  • Filing and attending Small Claims Tribunal matters
  • Follow closely on older debts so as to reduce the risk of bad debts
  • Liaise with appointed legal panel
  • Liaise with Operations Team for dispute cases

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Credit Control or debt collection
  • Presentable, Customer Service-Oriented, Friendly and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft words & Excel
  • Able to work under pressure & work independently and at times may require to work beyond office hour
  • Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage

 

2) Membership Executive

Responsibilities:
 

  • Generate reports associated with membership, collection of sales contracts and cash payment from clubs
     
  • Maintain and update members' data and particulars into the Database System timely
     
  • Daily sales reporting and preparing reports
     
  • Compile of Sales Commission Report
     
  • Process Club's Membership Cards
     
  • Submit periodical and ad hoc management reports timely
     
Requirements:
 
  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
     
  • Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
     
  • Computer literate - notably Microsoft Applications
     
  • Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residences need to apply
     

 

3) Operations Manager/ Assistant Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage and ensure smooth day to day Operations
  • Manage customer relationship and handling of customers’ enquires, feedback and complaints
  • Work closely with Sales department and manage a team of customer service officers
  • Presentable, Customer Service-Oriented, Friendly and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Require to do yoga/fitness schedule and staff roster
  • Require to compile monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years related experience
  • Good base salary
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
     
 
4) Fitness Instructors/Personal Trainers
  • Outgoing personality, good motivator and sensitive to people’s needs
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Reasonable level of physical fitness and health
  • No experience required, in-house training provided
  • Free certification provided for staff
  • Good basic salary PLUS attractive commissions
     

 

5) Customer Service Relations

Requirements:

  • Self motivated and energetic
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience not required as training will be provided
  • Opportunity to travel and Overseas posting
  • Diploma holders / fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good basic of S$1800 PLUS attractive commissions and incentives
  • Temporary position (Min 6 months) are also available

                        

6) Management Trainees/Membership Consultants                                                                                                                                 

Requirements

  • Possess a Degree/ Diploma in any discipline
  • A flair for creative ideas and good problem solving skills and possess                                                                   strong organizational skills
  • Willing to learn and have good interpersonal skills
  • Opportunity to travel and Overseas posting
  • Fast learner and able to work in a fast paced, challenging and                                                                       demanding environment- A team player and able to work independently                                                           with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply as they will undergo                                                             'on the job' training in various management and deliverable functions
  • Good basic of S$1800 PLUS attractive commissions and incentives

7) Customer Service Officer                          

Responsible:

  • Assist in answering of phone calls
  • Attending to walk-in customers
  • Checking in of customers
  • Assist and advise members on the booking of their appointments
  • Planning of Therapist / Yoga Class schedules, monthly rosters, front-line                                                              duties etc

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality, Presentable, Customer Service-Oriented and Friendly
  • Mandarin speaking individuals are preferred
  • Individuals who are customer service oriented with experience in front desk
  • Preferably with Yoga / Beauty / F & B or any related Industry experience
  • Female preferred due to the nature of business
  • Computer literate
  • Able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Able to work shift hours, 6 days week
  • Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
