Body Opening

Suitable for all levels, Body Opening is a stretch and alignment class, focusing on specific areas of the body to help balance the body energy. 

 

Fletcher Pilates

Fletcher Pilates is an evolved form of pilates interpreted by Pilates Master Ron Fletcher. Combining the principles and precision techniques of classic Pilates with his extensive modern dance background, the class consists of an organic, flowing and artful series of movements – deeply engaging the body, mind and breath.

 

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a low impact, high intensity workout performed on a yoga mat in a heated studio. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat, focusing on your core, glutes and upper body.

 

Kid's Combat

For children aged 4 ~ 12years old, Kid’s Combat is taught using fun-filled combat movements. It is a game of defence where children can learn self-defense moves, improve their concentration and motor skills, while having a great workout!
 

Pilates Matwork

Pilates teaches balance and control of the body. It improves one's posture and balance. It also helps to increase one's strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles. Suitable for beginners.
